Default odd idle, not consistent

hey guys, my idle started acting up and jumping from 1k-2k, so i replaced my iacv, and surging went away but then i was left with a 2200 cold idle and 1500 warm up, normal on my car is 1500 start up and about 800-900 warm. Well i had some gasket leaks, i pulled my manifold and replaced the IM gasket and the TB gasket.
Funky idle for a few days then it leveled out. No on crank up i still have the high idle at around 2000 rpms, but warm up will be 1200-1500, and sometimes it holds there, sometimes it surges a little ±300 rpms. But then again some days it warms up and sits at 900 like it supposed to, it all depends on what the car wants to do that day. I pulled my TB apart and cleaned the crap out of the FITV but never did find the "white" screw everyone talks about. Does anyone know what other problem i may be facing?

yes and i even cut the vac lines where they have been stretched over the nipples for a few years now, i cut them back about half and inch and put them back on that way they have a fresh fitting so to speak, my vac line diagram is pretty simple not that i removed the iab stuff, but yes i have looked into that stuff, what gets me is sometimes it will idle just perfect!!! next day it won't, so vac has to be right those days it works perfect, so i'm thinking its something else.

My ls did something like that, on warm up it would sit really high then when it was warm it would idle low but it would surge 200-300 rpms. I added injector cleaner and it solved my problem. It still doesnt idle perfect but its a lot better than what it was before
