I just recently put a d16y8 and intake manifold on a d16z6 block in a 95 ex civic. the head has been port and polished with a stage 2 crower cam , titanium valve springs and retainers, and an aem cam gear. Right now the car idles at around 1200 rpm with some flucsuation. With the car in park; when ac and fan are both on it idles down dramatically and will almost always die. Also, when i put in gear, it will also idle way down and die. I have adjusted the idle on the TB, the ignition timing has been advanced and the cam gear has been advanced 1 degree. by the way the car is an automatic. I do not seem the be throwing any check codes and everything seems to work fine. Did not have any probems on stock d16z6. Please guys send me some help here.
