idle problems *searched* please help!
Here is my problem. Before you guys comment I have already searched Google/Honda-tech numerous amount of times trying different things but here goes.
my car
b18a1 with gt25r oil lines + water lines are connected
ek hatch
problem
The car seems to idle unusually funnny. When I depress the clutch completely rpm's rise to 2,500 - 3,000. When the car is parked it has a bouncy idle, anywhere from 1,200-1,800. I could release the clutch, won't touch the gas and the car will be driving itself per say at rpm's set at ~2500.
I checked all my vacuum lines, and my boost gauge is reading 21mmHg. Burping the radiator. I took the IACV and sprayed brake cleaner and let it dry. still doing the same thing. Could changing the thermostat solve this? I also don't have an overflow box for the coolant connected but it has been like that for the past 2 years so I don't think that matters.
any suggestions please would help me out a lot.

take your intake off and let it idle, then look at the inside of the throttle body, you will see holes, take your finger and find the hole that is sucking air, place your finger firmly over that hole, if it idles normally then you have found the problem........i hope you can handle it from there
