Idle problem/runs lean with any 12v
Lsvtec turbo setup
Heres my problem:
Car will run fine during the day, with no 12v source on, the A/f reads good. Now when i switch something of 12v on, headlights, blinkers, heat, The idle will drop to almost where it wants to stall out, and the A/F will actually go from 13-14's to 18-lean. Ive checked all grounds, wires, tested the fuel pump, does it with my stock and 255, had the battery and alternator tested, looked for broken wires, tried different ecu's, tried pulling fuses to narrow it down, with no luck. I cant find anything that would point to my issue. Im also putting out 80psi of fuel pressure, with a stock regulator. Even when i put in my stocker it was still at 60+.Also couldnt get the car to tune past 8psi cuz it would lean out, no matter how much fuel we were dumping in. Somebody please help im at a loss and i have nothing else i can think of to try/test

also to note my turbo timer is only reading 13.8-14.0 voltage while the car is idling , but my alt tested fine. And I have a fuel pump cut off switch, and when i turn that off, for the brief 10 seconds the car will still run, when i power something of 12v the idle is fine.

what EMS are you tuning with?
you need to tell us what injectors your running basically give a little more detail on your setup your fpr psi should be around 58 with the vacuum line off fix that to.
but rite now im positive you need to tell your tuner to tune the injector battery offsets thats your problem.

crome
660 cc injectors
walbro 255
my fuel pressure is almost 80-90 tried multiple gauges, and it barely drops with the line off.

well your problem lies within your injector offsets you need to adjust them start your car up let it warm up then get your af's at idle to the 14.7-15.5 and then start to turn on your lights/heater/hazaards etc.. and tune the offsets and ill bet it fixes your problem its basically pulling power from the injectors, you need to monitor the voltages when you make the changes. like head lights on then adjust the 13.9 volts and so on...
thats it the most i can give.
