Default Fuel Pressure/12v Problem

Well I figured I would post about my problem, as I have asked numerous people, including Honda about this.

So i have a 92 dx hatch, Lsvtec swap, gt35r turbo setup.
I have a 255 walbro pump, 660 injectors.

My fuel Pressure is 70psi, I've had 2 gauges on it, I have had 2 stock reg's and an adjustable 1, no matter what I do, it stays the same, unless I pull off the vac line, and then it goes up a few psi..I've bypassed the return line to see if that was the problem, but that was good also. I've tried 2 different fuel rails, new fuel filter.

Here is an interesting part as well, Now when the car is started, just idling, If anything 12v comes on, or is put on(headlights blinkers, heat, or rad fan) the idle drops like crazy, almost to where sometimes it stalls. I've had the alt, and battery tested, and they are Good. I had a kill switch on the fuel pump, and when I turned the fuel pump off, anything 12v did not affect the idle. For the 15 or so seconds the car would run before dying of thrist

I've tried the 255 and a stock pump and the results were the same. I've checked fuses, I've checked grounds, looked for exposed wires, anything I could think of...with no luck. The idle drop and the fuel psi are def related. I hope somebody has something else I can check or try, because I am lost..

thanks

have you figured it out yet. Maybe a fuel line is kinked or blocked. does it keep 70 psi through all the rpm range. maybe you have a short some where and when something else turns on not all power is goin to the fuel pump. put a dmm on the fuel pump and when you turn something else on see if the voltage drops. you said you checked your grounds already but i would double check again. gl and keep us updated
