ok i have a b16 block with a gsr head and itr tranny running off a jdm p30. butterflies have been removed from the manifold. motor ran fine when i put it in...after awhile it developed this bogging idle when it warms up. it comes and goes. car idles fine till it warms up then sometimes as its idling at 700 rpm it putts and boggs alittle to 600 or 650 but its not the speed thats concerning me ... its the putt noise it make just was it boggs. ive also noticed there seems to be a very slight sputter in the idle when its not doing this. ive tried a couple good dizzys and a different ecu but i still have the same problem....please any help

 

anyone have any ideas?

 

valve lash maybe?

 

i just set that and i checked it again and its all in spec

 

check all vacuum houses , if not check the throttle body gasket.

 

there are no vaccum leaks and i have replaced the tb gasket before....i know for a fact those things are all good

Have you cleaned the IACV? Have you set the idle bleed screw on the TB?

 

yes and yes....there was nothing on the screen it was clean and as far as the idle screw goes when i set it...everything ran fine, then the whole problem started again
