Default Idle problem after getting tuned on dyno with Crome

I got my car tuned yesterday. It made good numbers, and driving is good. But when I come to a stop sign and push in the clutch it stalls out (does it more when it get warmer). If I rev it a few times after taking it out of gear sometimes its fine. When it stalls I have to hold the gas to the floor and crank it for about 10 seconds untill it clears up and then it will fire. My tunner is thinking its some thing in the wires or mechanical but I think its the tune. What do you think? Has anyone had a similar problem?

Here is a brief setup.
2.0motor
all -10 fuel lines/ A1000 pump
RC1000cc
on crome
3.5aem map

what else to you have on your setup? I could be a lot of different things. Mine did something similar when my timing was off. It would stall at Idle, as the engine is reving down when I came to a stop.

I had on the MSD dizzy, coil and 6btm. I put the stock one on and its doing the same thing. Changed the plugs and wires also. We also checked the timming and it was good.

Its a tuning issue. Take the car back to your tuner.
