I bought a 95 Integra with a b16 in it about 2years ago bought it as a fixer upper it has alot of problems. recently change the timing belt and water pump brake master clutch slave changed some gasket and some other things. Anyway this car always had this problem but not as bad. When i start the car(cold start) its not really a strong start idle is really low if i step on the gas and let off car will either die out or get close to it (dont even think of turning lights or ac on etc. the cars idle drops or car dies out. once it gets warmed up idle gets higher but still can turn ac on(idle drops if car isnt moving) thats the first thing second thing car has like a rev limiter to best describe it at 1500rpm. So to pull out have to make sure rpm is sky high and ride the clutch otherwise when it hits 1500rpm car has a wicked surge(looks like a first timer driving a standard car when pulling out) and recently i say in the past month or so when driving if you let of the gas car gets surgy So now you cant even creep with the car and when driving on highway its power surge
Any help would be appreciated will be working on it tommorow doing the basic maintenance and trying to check other stuff Thanks in advance
