Default Car bogging, rough idle

ok so so i noticed that when i get into first from a stop the car bogs a lot till 2600 rpm then clears up a little threw second but not as much. when im making a turn and shift into second i usually wait until i get out of the turn to let go of the clutch and get back on the gas and so i do that and it bogs like crazy until the point were it doesnt go anywhere clears up around 2500 but by then people are honking at me getting mad. and then when i come to a stop the car will idle at about 1100 then drop to 700 800 and idle pretty rough. the car smells like its running pretty rich

Read carefully please i explained it the best i could the motor and tranny is a d16y7 its obd2 97 ek

help me out please

Remove the cap and inspect the inside of the distributor, as well as the cap and rotor contact points.

its not your iacv thats dumb cause if thats the case your car would idle up and down...in your case it sounds like you got a big choke and lagg problem right? when you step on the gas pedal does the rpm rise consistently or is there a lagg to it? if it lags check your injectors and make sure you got good working spark plugs dont buy cheap *** autolites go with ngk....i say you do basics check fuel, spark, timing, ignition timing, vacuums lines etc...you checked if your tps and map sensor plugs are plugged in the right place?

so i switched around the two plugs circled in red reset the ecu ran like **** couldnt get out of first it just stalled and it smelled like it was running pretty rich so i switched it back and forgot to reset the ecu and it idled at about 2500 then fluctuated between 2400 and 2600 rpm i reset the ecu then it started fine it started fluctuating between 1100 and 1600 4 times then stop and just idle at 1100 it doesnt do it constantly only when you first start it up
