Identify d16z6 head - HELP!

Identify d16z6 head - HELP!
Do all d16z6 valve covers say VTEC on them? I realize that they can be swapped with others, but the one I baught has the H emblem and says honda below it. Could I have baught a Vx head thinking it was a z6. The vtec solonoid is there and evrything else.

not all the sohc vtec heads say VTEC on the valve cover.. if it has the solenoid, and the spark plug holes are closer to the exhaust side of the engine, it should be a z6 head
