Default IAC problems plz help!!

Im getting CEL code 14, which is IAC i dont know whats causing the problem.. the sensor is pluged in but wut im not sure of is if the wires r going to the right pins on the ECU, i have an H22A swap in a 93 CX, using the CX harness, coverted wut was needed from the information given by poison. im currently running a p28 chipped in my car, so if you guys have any information on where the wires suppose to go on the ECU, that would be very thankful, CEL is pissing me off.. its the only code.. Does it throw it all the time? You might just need to replace the IAC. I use to get that on my civic back in the day, but it wouldn't come on all the time. I ended up replacing it, and now no more problems. I would double check that wiring too, but I don't think that's the problem...

See if you have the IACV plug and IAT plug (on #1 intake manifold runner) mixed up....they use the same exact round plug and sometimes they can get crossed and mounted to the wrong sensor.

I forgot where it is on an H22 engine, but its usually found either on the top side of the intake runners (tubes) or on the backside of the intake manifold. Usually a white plug.

here's some pics of where it would be located on a B-series engine:
