Default IAC difference si and type r

I have a JDM ITR and the idle is sitting high around 2-3K. The IAC thats on there is from a 99 civic si because when I got the motor it was broken. I wanted to know if there is any difference on the IAC between the type r and si. Are they interchangable? Please let me know....

If the bolts line up, you can interchange them.

I used a D16 IACV on my GSR motor.
