Si vs type r?
I know some differences and tried reading up on differences between civic si n type r. Even though idk much I must know some for people saying type r is slower than si and si is diesel. Lol funniest 2 things I read up on. Anyways for people who know. What are the differences. And is the cost diff even worth it to get the type r.

-B16A2 Engine
-Stiffer suspension
-different paint options
-different seats

96-00 Civic Type R is illegal for use on public roads in the USA. Even if you bought one off of someone that imported one, you would never be able to register it (unless you knew someone at the DMV that would illegeally register the short JDM vin for you).
The B16B motor is also illegal for use in any US-spec car. Since the B16B was never sold in the US in any variation, it cannot be inspected. This varies from state to state, but I know CA follows this rule.

If you're talking about Integra Type R, which is the better car IMO. Of course the years 97-01 ITRs are sold in the U.S.
