i need help with my type r

i just did head work 2 my b18c5 skunk 2 head work with crower 402 cams um i got aem fuel rail and a chip ecu and the car is runnin like a singel cam what am i doing wrong?

i got buddy club cam gears but i havent got a tune yet would i need a tune? and why?

really dont know i was told it was a s200 with type r spec

you should definetly get it tuned.
timing could be off
