Default i need a CEL code deciphered plz

I have a jdm H22A, and the code im flashing when i connect the current on the blue plug from the ecu is: 4 flashes, each lasting about one second, then a very subtle and quick flash. if you guys know the codes id appreciate the help

The long flashes are 10's (i.e. 4 long flashes = 40)
The short/quick flashes are 1's (i.e. 2 quick ones = 2)
When done, it pauses for 2 seconds and commences sequence again.
For what you're saying, you're throwing code 41.
OBDI = Oxygen sensor heater - check heater for the proper voltage reading
OBDII = Primary heater O2 sensor heated circuit fault (Sensor 1)

thanks, thats exactly what i thought it was, but i was unaware that when the o2 ssensor goes, it goes into a safe mode. thanks for your help
