I did my motor over but I dont remember where thses hoses go..The left on on the tube and the right one on the tube..This motor comes with an oil cooler that has 2 fitting on kinda like this V

they both go to the oil cooler...

 

does it atter where they go because there are 3 hoses...one on the upper side of the tube and one on the lower side and the third one is on the block it self....I dont want to mix these up please help me

 

just put bolts to stop the coolant...

 

the middle one goes to the black charcol box/breather box, the far right goes to the intake manifold and the left on goes to the oil cooler if you have one or just cap it off

 

i cant believe that people will give bad advice on where hoses go if you don't know dont reply.

the one on the left goes to the heater core
the middle goes to the pcv breather box
the one on the right goes to the air idle control valve (port on the bottom towards the left hand side of the car)

 

Holy crap. I think people are confused because your explanation sucks. What are you having problems with?

You asked about the two nipples coming off the "tube." That "tube" is called your main water pipe. Any nipple coming off of it will have coolant going through it. So what's this about an oil cooler?

See? This guy knows. THOSE ARE COOLANT HOSES. THEY ARE NOT OIL HOSES. THEY DON'T GO TO YOUR OIL COOLER!

 

Okay let me try this again.. The water pipe has 2 lines on It and I am aware that they have to do with coolant...My engine has an oil cooler it is where the oil filter screws on and it has two 2 ports (nipples) on top of it ...Now my other motor does not have an oil cooler but it has the 2 hoses on the water pipe....SO what I plan on doing is removing the oil cooler from the motor I have now(Fully built DOHC ZC) ..but the question, which I think is confusing everybody, IS WHERE DO THE THREE HOSES GO..there is one on the back of the block ...but my other motor (d16z6) does not have that nor did it have and oil cooler ....and the two on the water pipe...so Please I know its anoying but explain where they belong again because I dont want to put the hoses on the wrong place .(This teaches me to label **** when im doing it)
