Hub rings for Rota's
Because the center opening of the wheel that is suppose to center on the ring on the hub is a bigger. Therefore the wheel is center off of the lugs.

you don't have to put them in, but i would suggest it since they are cheap.
i left one out once, and noticed a slight vibration at 80+ mph. ever since i put it back its gone away.
and yeah, discount tire has them.
