Default How should I be idling?

I recently installed an Air/Fuel gauge and a fuel pressure gauge. I set the psi to stock and I'm trying to play with the idle screw on the throttle body so that it idles at Stoich. without sounding like a have an air leak, and, at least, below 1000 rpm.

But it seems no matter what I do, it seems to idle 'rich'. Is this normal? Does everyone's Honda do that?

My brother's B16A idled rich, according to his A/F guage. So, he went OBD-I and chipped a P28 to tune it a bit. Now it idles stoich. I do think most hondas idle rich though.
