most hondas will read about 15:1 or so at idle.

Depends on your air/fuel gauge most like the autometer that hook up to your stock o2 sensor will just sweep back and forth and eventually settle (not light up but periodically).
If your inquiring about your air/fuel ratio it should be about 14.7:1 or a little leaner at idle...

If it's a "blinky blink" meter that taps into the stock O2 signal, then it should cycle anytime your car is in closed-loop mode (idle, cruise).

If it's a wideband, you should be around 15.0:1.

its an autometter one. ya'll mention 10:1 and stuff, but what does that actually mean? when i'm at idle, mine will mainly be moving around in the stoich area and then sometimes drop down to the lean side and then sometimes go up to the rich side. how do you figure the ratio's ya'll are talking about?

i guess mine is just all over the place. after a while, it will just die out and nothing is lite up until i give it some gas.

The autometer one really only works when your hard on the throttle. I have one and it gives you a general idea of how your running, but thats about it.

That's where mine's at. I would say that if its not smoking and it's not detonating then your probably fine. Get it tuned though.

15:1 etc. refers to how many parts air for how many parts fuel (15=air, 1=fuel)

It always works! My friends are always amazed at my "Night Rider Lights"! Isn't that what they designed it for? Its extremely accurate, to +/- 5

Just wondering why I spent the money for that useless gauge??
