Default How to remove coilover sleeve?

I have skunk2 coilover sleeves on my AGX shocks. I'm trying to get them off to replace the shocks and it's a pain and I'm getting nowhere.

Does anyone have any ideas on getting it out without damaging either shock or sleeve?

TIA

I would just gently tap it with a hammer and use WD-40.

I had to beat it silly with the hammer to get all the dirt that's trapped in there before the wd-40 could get into the o-rings. Nonetheless, it's done. Thanks for the help!
