Default How to remove b series block

I am intending on doing some engine work to my car but im trying to save some money. I want to have my block worked on by a local machine shop but I want to remove the block on my own before takin it to them. I was wondering if any one out there has a HOW TO on block removal and reinstallation for B-series motors?

Check the Haynes manual, the Helms manual, the Honda shop manual, and I'm sure there are several places online that will tell you. You will have to remove the complete engine and transmission, so be sure to have a cherry picker and an engine stand.
