I am building a turbo set up and i wanted to know how much horsepower i can put on a block guard before cracking a sleeve. Help me out. thanks

 

600hp with a good tune.137.3hp with detonation.

 

about 376 hp. regardless of application.

 

im trying to build a 500 hp motor. i dont want to sleeve the block.the block i have has a nuformz block guard. its .20 over bore. b16a2. its already built. so i wanted to know how much hp i can safely have. I was hoping for atleast 25 lbs of boost. I plan on tuning the hell out of the motor. Cybernations k-series block guards are guranteed for 500whp safely. So i was just wondering so i dont blow my motor.

 

jdm engines, they can handle x6 tha power

 

its all in the tune man. if you get a good tuner, there have been numerous 500 hp stock sleeved engines. there have also been numerous stock sleeved motors blowing at less than 200 hp.
