Depends on the going labor rates for your location and the skill of the person doing the job. (You usually get what you pay for) Pick up that old fashioned yellow pages book and make some phone calls.

hopefully whereever you take it, they can do it the quicker way. pressurize the combustion chamber, and do it with a valvespring removal tool, instead of removing the entire head to do it
