Default How to know an Type R cam ?

I´m looking to buy a ITR cam for my turbo b16, but how do I now if i´m really geting a ITR or CTR cam or not getting scamed for a normal b16 cam ?
is this a ITR cam?

gotta post the rings on the edge of the intake cam where it fits against the distributor

the normal cams dont have the rings?? that cam is on ebay.

is there any diference in lift and duration on the ITR and CTR cams ?

the 00+ itr are the same as the ctr's. Previous itr's are a little different
