Default Can u tell me what code this is?

Ok, checked the code on my chipped p28. It is 4 steady dashes followed by a quick blink.

I went to check the code, and then i realize that i never had to check a code before with my car. HOW do u do it!.

if its 4 long flashs followed by 1 quick flash that would be code 41..the long flashs represent 10 the quick ones are 1..so 10+10+10+10=40 then one quick flash=1 so total =41 code 41 is primary oxygen sensor-heater circuit malfunction
go to this site and scroll down for the honda ecu error codeshttp://www.isitaboat.co.uk/cars/honda_civic_type_r__ek9_/
