The hell are you talking about? Quick release steering wheel hub kit? If so remove steering wheel, remove srs cable reel if so equipped, install hub kit, install new sterring wheel. Pretty self-explanatory.

Should have put that in the title of your post. Never heard of this kit, what is it composed of some sort of quick release fastners? Do you have a picture of the product?
