how to ID B Series Distributor...
I have a distributor that is supposed to be for a d series sohc vtec engine, but it doesn't seem to be working, upon looking it over it seems to me that it might be a b series gsr distributor and i was wondering if there are any tell tale signs to identity exactly what i have, any help would be appreciated, thanks

There should be a number etched on the body of the distributor- this will ID it. Mine is TDU22(JDM B16).
Check yours and post it, I'll see if I can find out if it's the one for you.

Actually, it should be on the outside of the distributor, like etched on the leg- mine was really worn so you may have to look real close.
