Will a B series distributor work on an H series motor?

Default Will a B series distributor work on an H series motor?

They look the same except the H series dizzy is flipped upside down.

Well I bought a 99 civic si distributor cap and rotor and it fits perfectly on my internal h22 distributor.

That cap will work, but the distributor itself has a different bolt pattern.

alright thanks.. the reason I want to change my distributor is because Im getting a CEL 4 which is crank position sensor. I believe its going bad and my rpm doesnt read properly.. when it idles its completely at 0 and when I rev it, it bounces all around. Is this the cause of a bad distributor?

the right distributor to use is td-60u they are on ebay for about $120 its an h22 with internal coil so it will bolt up and fit the wiring harness
