It is pretty simple to install a 4-2-1 2 piece header. The one piece headers are where it can get a little difficult.

I've got a 4-1 DC header on my integra, and you'll really have to shove it in there to get it to fit. It really wasn't that bad though, just make sure you're exhaust gasket is on the head before you try to fit it up, because once you get it to fit, you won't want to try to put it on again. You'll really have to shove it on there to get it to fit, but the top-end gains are really good.

My EH header was hella easy. One piece DC. My CRX was a pain. I should have removed my fans to install that DC header. The fans scratched it up.

Yes, but get a 1 piece header. The joints in the 2 piece are a good source of leaks and lost air velocity. The single piece headers are not that bad, just take a bit of patience.

Well put it on there, if you haven't already, then check for leaks. If there are none then kewl, otherwise, you'll have to locate a gasket of some flavor. I don't really have anything against a 2 piece header, and it definately makes install time easier, but it also creates one more joint to possibly slow down exhaust gasses.
