There is a crank fluctuation sensor on the OBD2 cars. It's located on the oil pump, and it detects small changes in the engine speed, way below what you can feel. For misfires, suspect the ignition system first. Assuming you don't just have a bad tank of fuel, make sure all igntion parts are OEM in good condition. This includes plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor.
You can also check the valve lash adjustment. Too tight can cause a misfire at low RPM. Bent valves also have the same effect. You won't have bent valves unless you misshifted and overreved the engine. Fuel injectors are also suspect.

also u can get resistance between injector to see if its fuel misfire if resistance is the saem across all injector or within specs then look at mechanical probelms or electrical like ur ignition system liek they said earlier

Well after some $$ and time... i think i have a bad injector on my hands... GAY!! anyone kno where i can get one
What is wrong with the injector? Is it clogged, leaking, or spraying erratically? You may want to try some fuel injector cleaner. These can also be cleaned, but used replacements are probably cheaper. If you need new ones, try the classifieds.
