facing other turbo cars there are guys with that motor and 500-800whp. how big you wanna go and where are you competing? the motor alone wont make you
fast or competitive. getting the car off the line is your first problem. most
guys have a problem seeing less than a 2" 60' time. the best I have ever done
in my other full interior gsr was 2.16, for example. I know thats not competitive,
but at the local track other people come up and ask how you ran and they
go - cool.
what chassis do you run and what plan do you have to make sure the car
doesnt pull the front wheels away from the pavement?

Each motor is different, even if the block and head are stamped with the same designated motor code. Your c1 is going to be different from my c1, even if we throw on the same mods. But even then, you could have an "all out" b18c1 setup, and another guy with a lower HP setup could clean your clock simply because he's a better driver, or his whole car is set up better and not just the motor. There's more to it than just having a well built N/A motor
What i'm saying is there's no one real answer to your question. There's too many factors involved.
Now, in response to the original question -(Mikes2000civicsi) How does a b18c1 rank in the na field
It ranks well...good motor.
