How do I test my ICM?

94 Civic EX Stock D16z6

My car died on the hoghway and it wont fire back up. I think it may be the Ignition Control Module (ICM).

How can I be sure that is the problem?

that is different than the main relay? correct? The main relay is notorious for over-heating...

Check to see if a ground rattled loose?

Yeah, main relay is fine. Fuel pimp is fine, I have fuel pressure also.
I cant get my car to start though...
