Default How to check SRS light code??

I am about to sell a CX of mine, and I need to know how to check the SRS code to see if I just need to reset the system...or if it is a big deal. Thanks.

Try using a paper clip (unfolded) to read the ecu code. The panel under and to the right of the glove box will need to be removed to gain access to the ecu pins. I cannot remember offhand what color the harness is, but what you need to do is place a conductor (the paper clip) into both slots of the pin. This will allow you to count the number of pulses the ecu goes through both fast and long pulses. Make sure the key is turned to accessory, this should allow you to read the ecu.
