Default how can you tell when...

how can you tell when ur plug wires have gone bad. im thinking mine are since at higher rpm cruising at a consistent speed i get a hessitation that was not there before...possible arching btw the wires? i have an msd external coil which i dont think is bad because when i am in low rpms it runs fine but when cruising or under a full pull when spark is on demand, the car jerks. thanks guys for your help

Check the resistance and for cracks in the insulation to start with. If one is really high, it'll be really obvious.

Plugs might be fouled or damaged as well.
