I know, but I want the full version, not the demo. Also, anyone has ECU programs for integra or civic engines? Or do anyone know where I can find those?

Thanks

That's called pirated software.

I know what your thinking. With hondata you can make your own chips.

OOPS, forgot to mention it doesn't work without the little box.....

Well, since it won't do you any good, here's a link to download it anyways.....

No, it's called learning! I'm not going to make any chips, I don't even have the hondata, I just want to learn more about ECU electronics and programming.

I have a 135 Honda programs. As well as Mitsubishi and Mazda. I just want to know since I have these programs how did they get stolen. And has anybody ever copied a videotape or cd. If you haven't then I think you should be able to cast the first stone. Anyone who hasn't ever done this please let me know.

You see, it's not ILLEGAL to copy anything.....

I becomes ILLEGAL when you make a PROFIT off it.

BUT, since HONDATA is password protected, it becomes SOFTWARE PIRACY when you copy it and GIVE it to your friends or someone on the internet without HONDATA's permission.

Does that clear things up for you now?

It makes no difference, its obvious that no one want to help you. I suggest finding a shop in your area and asking them the same question and see what response you get.

They probably won't care. Most shops don't chip your ECU's. They send them off to be chipped. Since the software allows you to change the fuel maps, v-tec, rev-limit, etc, I'm pretty sure the people who do the chipping don't COPY-RIGHT every new program they make. This isn't a very hard concept to grasp. Learn how to wright a sentence next time too. It's wants not want. Thanks for your suggestion.

Right after he learns how to WRITE a sentence you should learn to shut your mouth.

OoH..touchy subject. Noone supports pirated hondata rom editor but what about other pirated software? Rather hypocritical IMO. The stuff will make its way onto the warez market sooner or later.

It's funny you mention that...

The "OTHER" rom editors are FREEWARE!!

All the people you see on E-bay selling them are making a profit on FREEWARE!

Sucks to be the one paying for it, huh?
