I just can't figure out what it is, i've been to there site and did a search on here. please help. thanks.

Hondata replaces your ecu. It's a programmable computer. So, if you do buy the stage IV setup and have a laptop, you can do changes on the fly. Pretty nice way of doing things. Tune and tune until you are happy and then burn a PROM.

To answer your question, unless you are putting massive HP out, you don't need it. The JRSC is a great kit and you don't need many fuel upgrades to go with it. Hondata is very vague on their page, but it is worth the money if you're pushing that many ponies out of your motor. Just my .02, HTH

Hondata gets rid of all the jackson superchargers bull ****. The jackson has a bunch of Fake mods to get the supercharger to work well. It fools the ecu in many ways. Hondata with the proper tuning does not need this bullshit. Get hondata if you can swing it. It will be a lot for a OBD 2 car.

I dont think the JRSC has to fool the sensor, since the boost is after the throttle body/map sensor. The JRSC just uses a rising rate fuel regulator right?

that is correct, you will not have to worry about any check valves. i think the worst thing about the JRSC is the only way you can cool it is the water injection (as far as i know). other than that it is cool
