Default Hondata help: solid Cel & bad idle...then no start?

i should be on the hondata forum..but seems like no one gets answers there...so i decided to try here...
Car: 00 hatch with y7/y8 mini me, rc 440, hondata s200 w/boost, 255hp fuel pump,ihirhb5

UPDATE: i noticed i left the jumper wire in and when i took it out there is no more solid CEL...now i dont know whats goin on...i hook up p28 & hondata and car wont start...hook up another p28 w/greddy blue box...and runs good? any help would be appreciated

Problem: Hooked up everything on the ecu (auto p28 - converted by taking out rp17 and jumping rp 18) and hooked up the hondata and ecu to car...when started it idles rough and on the boost gauge the reading is about around 9 hg of vacuum..i am blowing out white smoke out of tail pipe...smells like gas...anyways i also checked the spark plugs and they are black...so i dont know if i am running superly rich and its just the basemap? What would happen if the wires on the 3 wire to 2 wire iacv fix is backwards on the plug to iacv???

also when i hook up the my old fuel management (greddy blue box) to the auto p28..it idles normal at 20hg...but when drving in first gear @ 4k-5k @WOT it cuts out...but in second gear it doesnt do it...and from according to the inaccurate autometer a/f gauge its not leaning out (but its not a wb 02 so who knows?)..anyone experience this?

Is the light on the Hondata interface box on steady, or is it flashing?

check : jumping rp 18

is the other ecu your using a "auto ecu, converted"

has the ecu worked before or is this a new setup ??

you get reg power and everything else but it just wont start? or will it not turn over ?

it starts...but it wont stay idle...only when i have my foot on the throttle...but it sounds bad when i hold the gas...like to much gas...and there are no flashing lights...do you think its the basemap (to rich?)...and rp18 is hooked up with a jumper wire...so i think that is fine there are no more solid cel...just wondering why it wont idle

Which basemap are you using? Did you adjust the injector multiplier to compensate for the bigger injectors?

well i got tuned today...and we figured that the basemap that i got was way off...also the check engine light was cause the map sensor wire was sorta loose...so it caused it intermittently...
