Are all honda obd1/obdII ignitors the same? they all seem to mount up w/o any problems and run my car fine..

I"m asking cuz my gsr turbo seems to misfire up top while at WOT and its been said that my ignitor may be going bad.. well, i' have a few CX , and DX ignitors left over from some dizzy 's that I can swap out.. I just dont want to find out the hard way if they're not the same..

also, I did a search and all OEM ignitors have the same part #'s, except for the last few numbers after the 1st dash..
