Default Hole in Block...need opinions on what to do..

I'm looking at buying an integra gsr with a cracked block. The guy says the tranny is fine....I haven't been able to find more info out yet, but I will let you guys know as soon as I find out. But if there is a cracked block is there anything else that could have been affected? The guy says that it only needs a motor. But could it just need a block? Would it be fine just to use a LS block? I'm looking for a good cheap short term(last 3 months<debating on if I drive the car over summer&gt way of making this car run. Since I am currently looking having an engine built up for me, but I need to get this car back to my house. My house is 6 hours away. Or do you think it would be cheaper just to have the car shipped to my house, remember its 6 hours away by car? Sorry for the long post and any info would greatly be appreciated...

Get a new block(if its just that) or have the car shipped to your house(save hassle of taking all the time to find out exactly what is wrong and then fixing it)?

With a new motor it should be fine...i'd worry that the car had been abused if the block is broken though...

Hell yeah, somebody must have beat the hell out of it or seriously neglected it.
