hitting rev limit at 6k

hey i just swapped a ls into my coupe 94 and im hitting my rev limit in every gear a 6k . I changed ecu , distributor, and im not throwing any codes if anyone one has any suggestiuons please help thanks

Are you sure the tach is reading correctly? Verify it with another.
