rev limiter ?
isnt the rev limiter supposed to kick in at 6900 rpm on ls motor? well i dont have one the motor is a 2000 ls swap into a 94 integra ls as far as i know the ecu is a obd2b but not sure on that and is it bad that i dont have a rev limiter? is it just a plug sensor or does it have something to do with the ecu? any help would be helpful

if you miss shift the rev limiter wont "save your ***" your rev limiter is a electronic way to keep it from reving too high, if you miss shift and mechanically make the engine go faster theres nothing the rev limiter can do

yes i know this but still if u got it in nutral and u rev it up high the rev limiter wont kick in and i didn't think u could change it on an obd2b ecu but i may be wrong
i know mine kickes in around 7200-7300 rpm, have you actually had it up that hi with out mis-shifting? just accelerating? if you have theres a pretty good chance you tach is off my a little bit, its not uncommon to have factory tachs off in the higher rpm's
