So I have a LS/VTEC setup and was wondering if a high flow cat would do me any good??? I did a search here and came up with nothing. It's stock right now with just I/H/E but I am about to rebuild the head. Please let me know what you guys think, oh and brands as well, I hear Random Technologies and Car Sound are good brands.

yes the stock one is probably hurting your exhaust track somewhat currently.

high flow would increase horsepower. I have one and it's great

 

My Catco only lasted about six months before it broke up and half plugged my muffler.My next try will be a carsound/magnaflow.I have heard mixed results with Random tech.
