High flow cat people!!

I was looking at a tsudo high flow and was wondering if anyone has it and cna answer some questions??

Is it a straight through design like a test pipe??

Will it pass emmsisions??

It is essentially a resonated test pipe, and no, it will not provide any sort of emissions reduction.

I have a Carsound/Magnaflow that 1) is a straight through design and 2) passes Cali smog.
