High Boost ok to tune with 100 octane?

High Boost ok to tune with 100 octane?
I am gettin on a dyno this weekend and all i can get right now is 100 octane Sunoco gas, but i want to tune for 28psi. I have a 9.2:1 compression ratio. Anyone ever tune with this gas or should i go for C16?

Im suprised by the fact that you can buy 100 octane pump gas.
highest octane rating available in my area is 91.
Luckily i work at an airport and can get some 100 Octane if i ask nicely
