I can't get this one. Car is losing voltage every where when the ignition is in ON position. ACC voltage everywhere is steady 12.5 ish. When its at the ON position voltage is 12.1 and dropping at battery and 11.95 and dropping at ignition switch.

The car runs if jump started, the car will not start only click and then it won't even click since voltage is getting low? I have this issue intermittently since a new swap was installed. So it has started on its own since the swap many times....

As well all grounds have been gone over and cleaned valve cover tranny and battery. Fuel primes every time till power is nearly lost and every time I click the starter the gauge lights dim more.

 

It is a connection problem, most likely a grounding issue, you mention "valve cover tranny and battery" but not the chassis ground. 94
