as the title says, im looking for some help with installing some aftermarket springs on to my shocks...does anyone know how to go about doing this?

 

What do you need to know? Everything from scratch?? What kind of springs?Basically you need to take out your shock, compress the spring, take apart the shock, if needed compress the new spring, put back shock together and put back on. Or are you looking for a more detailed description?
