Help Vtec Lag!
my vtec lags when it kucks in at 5600, what could it be? is it cause im running stock LS Throttle body, or cause im running stock header on a built head, im running typeR cams and was expecting better, any help would be appreciated, thanks.
well are you running a stock exhaust because i was running mine (civic) with my b16a with a jg head and it bogged. It toke me a while to figure it out it was my stock exhaust.. try disconnecting the header from the exhaust and see if it runs better.......peace

look at your oil levels.
and WTF do you mean lag?
if it "lags", there must have been a setting changed manually, otherwise, on or off at a certain rpm.

I'm thinking its because you have a PnP head, but running a stock exhaust? The PnP is tuned for high flow, but your exhaust is keeping all the gasses stuck in your engine making it harder to breathe fresh air.
