Default Help with tranny problem, wont shift into 5fth or reverse

Hi, I bought a JDM s1 tranny and when I put it on 1rst gear was in the position of 3rd gear, 2nd in 4rth, 3rd in 5th and 4rth in the reverse postion on the shifter. I disassembled the tranny and the shifter that should be in position to push the middle shift fork is angled and pushes the left shift fork

Anyone know how to fix this?? Can I use the shifter from a civic hydro or cable tranny (dseries)?? thanx in advance

ill try to snap a picture. All three shift forks are besides each other, aligned perfectly, they dont seem bent (ar they arent or all 3 are perfeclty bent to the right). On part #8 on the diagram the thing tat point outwards is what pushes and pulles the shift forks, it isnt centered when on neutral. thanks again
