Default HELP!!! timing belt/ tension issue

k guys recently i replaced my cam gears due to my skunk 2's breaking dont ask how but they did, anyway i have a 2ltr jdm b18c itr with buddy club 4 cams, anyway i replaced my cam gears with some no name cheap adjustable cam gears and found out i need a timing belt after replacing it around 3k miles ago ,so i replaced the timing belt and started it up and found out the tension on the belt was loose(flapping belt) so i replaced the tensioner and its still doing the same thing(flapping) so i was thinkin it was because the adjustment on the cam gears??? can someone help please?!?!?!?

Not wanting to sound like a *****, but did you take all the slack out of the belt before you tightened the tensioner. Only rotate the engine the correct way also when checking.
If you know how to properly install a timing belt i would check the belt is correct, and measure the diameter or the new pullies. Sounds all too bizzare.
