someone please give me some advise. my 91 integra wont start . it has fuel and spark. i parked it at night and it ran great, went to start it in the morning and it just cranks. i did a compression test on it and i got some really low results. all the cylinders are between 70 and 75 psi. i dont know if i did it wrong but i followed the instructions. i couldnt imagine an internal engine problem since i parked it and it had no problem, but i cant rule anything out. can anyone give me some advise.

take all the spark plugs out, disconnect the distributor plugs. screw the tester down into one hole, get in your car. hold it on crank for 5 seconds, and then check and see the PSI level. repeat for each cylinder

 

timing belt jumped a tooth and she is running strong again
